Lucy is a software platform that specializes in receiving and sending electronic invoices. With Lucy we provide a direct Peppol connection for your company, so that you comply with the new legislation.
In Lucy you have a Lucy Inbox where you can send and receive all Peppol invoices in one central place. Through this inbox you can archive and manage the invoices as you wish. In addition, you can choose from 3 subscriptions:
- Lucy Invoicing: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €4.00. With Lucy Invoicing you have the perfect basis for your e-invoicing. Create and send your sales invoices unlimited via email and the Peppol network.
- Lucy Business: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €10.00. Lucy Business goes one step further. In addition to unlimited invoicing via Peppol, you can also easily create quotes and reminders. In addition, you can easily pay all purchase invoices via a QR code and you can manually follow up on your due invoices.
- Lucy Business Pro: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €15.00. Lucy Business Pro is the most comprehensive solution, including unlimited multisender options (forwarding invoices to a different software), advanced automation to track your administration and a wide range of additional financial functionalities.
Each subscription temporarily costs €2 per month for the first 12 months. All of Lucy's features are explained at the bottom of this page.
General
The following features are included in every Lucy subscription.
Receive all your documents (both Peppol and non-Peppol) directly into your inbox. Your Lucy Inbox features OCR technology to extract all information from your documents. This allows you to easily navigate through your inbox based on document content. In addition, you can forward all necessary documents from your inbox to your accountant.
All the documents you receive in your inbox can be archived. The archive allows you to bundle and organize documents in one place. Thanks to our smart searchable archive, you can easily find all your invoices and receipts, and they are always accessible at document level. You won't search your archive based on documents, but on words, thanks to the OCR in Lucy.
Capture your non-financial documents that you want to share with your accountant in a protected archive.
Lucy is compatible with tablets and smartphones. It allows you to use all functionalities within Lucy in a user-friendly way. Moreover, you can use your smartphone to take a picture of your receipts and easily upload them in Lucy.

Through a connection with CodaBox, you can link your bank account in Lucy. This offers the advantage that you, as an entrepreneur, can consult your bank status at all times in Lucy, because all your bank transactions are received directly in our software. In addition, you get a clear picture of which documents are still missing from specific transactions and which payments you have not yet received from your customers.
