Lucy is a software platform specialized in receiving and sending electronic invoices.
With Lucy, we provide your company with a direct Peppol connection, ensuring full compliance with the new legislation.
Within Lucy, you have a built-in Lucy Inbox, where you can effortlessly send and receive all your Peppol invoices in one central place. From this inbox, you can easily archive and manage your invoices as you prefer. You can choose from three subscription plans:
- Lucy Invoicing: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €4.00.
Lucy Invoicing provides the perfect foundation for your e-invoicing. Create and send unlimited sales invoices via email and the Peppol network.
- Lucy Business: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €10.00.
Lucy Business takes it a step further. In addition to unlimited invoicing through Peppol, you can easily create quotes and reminders. You can also pay your purchase invoices via QR code and manually track outstanding suppliers and customers.
- Lucy Business Pro: For the first 12 months €2.00 per month instead of €15.00.
Lucy Business Pro is the most comprehensive solution, featuring unlimited multi-sender options (forward invoices to multiple software systems), advanced automation to follow up your administration, and a wide range of additional financial functionalities.

Start until 30 November 2025
New customers pay €2 per month for the first 12 months, for any subscription type. After this period, the standard rate applies automatically.
Start between 1 December and 31 December 2025
New customers pay €2 per month for the first 6 months. After that, the subscription automatically switches to the standard rate.
Start from 1 January 2026
From this date onward, no discount applies. The standard rates are:
- Lucy Invoicing: €4.00 per month
- Lucy Business: €10.00 per month
- Lucy Business Pro: €15.00 per month

The following features are included in every Lucy subscription.
- Inbox
Receive all your documents (both Peppol and non-Peppol) directly in your inbox. Your Lucy Inbox uses OCR-technology to extract all relevant information from your documents, allowing you to easily navigate based on document content. You can also forward any necessary documents directly to your accountant. - Archive
All documents you receive in your inbox can be archived. The archive enables you to group and organize documents in one place. Thanks to our intelligent searchable archive, you can easily find all your invoices and receipts always accessible at document level. Instead of searching by document name, you can search by keywords, powered by Lucy’s OCR.

Store non-financial documents that you want to share with your accountant in a secure, private archive.
- Use on smartphone
Lucy is fully compatible with tablets and smartphones. You can access all functionalities in a user-friendly way, and with your smartphone, you can take photos of receipts and upload them directly into Lucy.
