Reminder

In Lucy, you have the option to send reminders manually or use the automatic reminders functionality.


Sending reminders is available starting from the Lucy Business subscription.

  • You can manually send reminders from the Invoices overview.
  • Automatic reminders can be configured via the Settings.


Manual Reminders


Go to the invoice overview and click on the three dots next to a sent invoice. There, you can click on the Send Reminder button.



You will then be taken to the screen below, where you can preview the reminder email. The email template can be customized via the Settings.

The invoice will be sent as an attachment with the reminder. Click the Send button to proceed.




Automatic Reminders

You can enable automatic reminders to be sent to your customers by turning on this feature in the Settings, where you can also define after how many days the reminder should be sent.



It is important to ensure that the payment status of your invoices is kept up to date. More information about this can be found on the Mark Invoices as Paid page.
