In Lucy, there are different types of users, each with their own functionalities and access levels. Here are the main user categories:
Entrepreneurs:
- Entrepreneurs can send, receive, and manage their e-invoices through the Peppol network.
- They have access to an inbox where they can receive all their documents, whether they are Peppol or PDF.
- Entrepreneurs can also forward documents from their inbox to their accountant.
Accountants:
- Accountants can manage and receive their clients' e-invoices.
- Accountants benefit from seamless collaboration with their clients, with Peppol registration remaining intact even if a client changes their accountant.
- Accountants/administrators often have access to platform settings and configurations, such as managing users and their rights.
