If you have staff members (users) within the portal with the role of 'contact,' they will appear in all files associated with your entrepreneurs. For this reason, we recommend assigning the 'contact' role to only one user (e.g., a general office email address).
Office staff can then search for the contact person and filter on specific questions to focus on their own inquiries.
