If you receive an error message when registering on the Peppol network, it means that the company is already registered with another Peppol Access Point for receiving invoices.
- A company can only be registered with one Access Point for receiving invoices.
- However, for sending invoices, a company can be registered with multiple Access Points.
How can you check this?
- Go to: https://peppol.helger.com/public/locale-en_US/menuitem-tools-participant
- In the field Identifier value, enter one of the following:
- Identification code 9925: "VAT number" (including country code, without dots)
- Identification code 0208: "Company registration number (KBO number)" (without dots)
For example, if the VAT number is BE0123.456.749, you should enter 9925:BE0123456749 as the Identifier value. Then click the Show Details button.
Under Document type details, you will be able to see through which Access Point the company is registered.
