You were paying 2 euros per month and now your invoice suddenly shows a much higher amount. That is usually not a mistake. You were on a temporary discount offer and it has ended. From that moment on, the standard rate of the plan you chose applies.

How long your discount lasted
How long the discount lasts depends on when you activated your subscription:
Activated before 30-11-2025: 2.00 euros per month for the first 12 months
Activated between 01-12-2025 and 31-12-2025: 2.00 euros per month for the first 6 months
Activated between 01-01-2026 and 28-02-2026: 2.00 euros per month for the first 3 months
Activated from 01-03-2026: no discount, the standard rate applies straight away
Where to find your own end date
Go to Settings > Subscription. If you registered your company during a discount offer, you will find both the duration of your current discount and its end date there. That way you can see right away when the standard rates start. If that information is not shown, no discount applies to your company.
Why the difference can be so large
During the offer, every plan cost the same: 2 euros per month. That is why many entrepreneurs chose the most comprehensive plan, Lucy Business Pro, right away. Once the discount ends, the standard rate of that plan applies:
Lucy Business Pro: 15.00 euros per month excluding VAT, so 18.15 euros including 21 percent VAT
Lucy Invoicing: 4.00 euros per month excluding VAT, so 4.84 euros including VAT Is there an additional amount on top? Then there are extra users in your account. From Lucy Business onwards, each extra user costs 2.50 euros per month on top of your plan. You can view and remove them via Settings > Users.
What you can do
If your plan no longer fits your needs, you can switch yourself via Settings > Subscription. If you choose a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. If you choose a lower plan, the change only takes effect from the next billing period. The current month is therefore still invoiced at your current plan, and that invoice will not be credited.
